This year's Annual Conference was held at the
Wyndham Gettysburg in Gettysburg,
PA, September 25-28, 2008.
It boasted a large attendance of pharmacists, pharmacy
students, and exhibitors.
The fun
started on Thursday with the PPA Golf Lunch & Tournament at
the
Bridges Golf Club with lots of fun contests & prizes.
Chris Colihan (Hole #4), Bob Schreiber (Hole #7), &
Pat Epple (Hole #11) took home the closest to the pin prizes.
Longest Drive Prizes were awarded to Chris Casey (Hole #8)
& Erika Wickstrom (Hole #8).
Mike Popson (Hole #12) took home the closest to the pin on
the
2nd shot prize.
Straightest Drive for ladies prize was awarded to Erika Wickstrom
(Hole # 12).
Doug Wong (Hole #10)
& Jim Rathke (Hole #18)
took home the longest putt prizes.
Additional
prizes were awarded by a drawing to 2 teams:
Bob Schreiber, Charlie Papalonis, Matt Roesch, & Pete

Immediately following the golf outing, the fun continued
with the Welcome Dinner in the Exhibit Hall
Thursday evening. Over 44 exhibitors attended the meeting.
