This meeting of the Allegheny County Pharmacists Association will be open to student pharmacists, regardless of ACPA membership.

True Life: I'm a New Practitioner...Now What?

We are inviting in a panel of new practitioners who have graduated from their respective programs within the past 5 years.  The invited panel members all practice in varying settings (community, hospital, managed care, academia, ambulatory care, etc.) and have all taken different paths to get to their current positions.  Students will have the opportunity to ask questions about the professional and personal transition from student to pharmacist (such as work-life balance).  It is an opportunity for the students to ask questions of those who have recently made the transition to help prepare them for when it is their turn.  We will be holding one forum at Duquesne on March 19th and one forum at Pitt on April 10th.

Advance registration is not required.
