Title: Seeing Stars? How to Help Patients Manage Toxicities from Targeted Oncology Agents
Join us for this encore presentation of a continuing education program presented at PPA's 2014 Annual Conference!
The wave of the future for cancer treatment are targeted agents. Many of these therapies have side effects that are different than "typical" chemotherapy. This program will focus on common side effects from these agents and what you can do in your community practice to help this ever growing group of patients.

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
1. Define what a molecular marker is and how they are used in various cancers.
2. Review available targets for cancer therapy.
3. Describe common side effects from targeted agents and how any pharmacist can help treat them.
