Title: Single-Tablet Regimens for the Management of Treatment-Naïve Patients with HIV
Several single-tablet regimens are now available for the treatment of HIV. This program will discuss the place in therapy for the various single-tablet regimens based on the Department of Health and Human Services guidelines, and compare and contrast their advantages and disadvantages. Pertinent counseling points and monitoring parameters will be discussed to equip pharmacists in the community and hospital setting to manage these patients.

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
1. Discuss the Department of Health and Human Services recommendations for the management of treatment-naïve patients with HIV.
2. Compare and contrast the advantages and disadvantages of the currently available single-tablet regimens.
3. Given a patient case, determine if a patient is a candidate to receive various single-tablet regimens.
4. Describe the counseling points and monitoring parameters for each of the single-tablet regimens.
