Title: Efficient Strategies for Complying with DSCSA Dispenser Requirements

   

The Drug Supply Chain Security Act became effective (in phases) on January 1 and July 1 of 2015, and imposed new requirements related to product tracing on prescription drug manufacturers, repackagers, third party logistics suppliers, distributors and dispensers. Because of confusion and uncertainty among dispensers on how to comply, the FDA has twice delayed full enforcement, with enforcement now scheduled for March 1, 2016. This CE program will dispel the confusion and provide attendees with concrete, effective, an efficient strategies for compliance.
