National Diabetes Education Program
NDEP is an online resource with a goal to reduce the burden of diabetes and prediabetes by facilitating the adoption of proven approaches to prevent or delay the onset of diabetes and its complications.
Diabetes Prevention Toolkit (content more specific to physician practices)
This toolkit is sponsored by the American Medical Association and Centers for Disease control and focuses on strategies for the screening and prevention of type 2 diabetes.
CDC Fact Sheets
The CDC has developed some helpful fact sheets for diabetes, along with a glossary and 2014 statistics.
FDA Approved Diabetes Medications since 2002
A helpful listing of all approved diabetes medications.
Patient Assistance Programs
