Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are responsible for scheduling appointments with their legislators. However, we strongly recommend for small groups from counties to coordinate these appointments and go together for maximum impact. Once you have scheduled a visit, please contact Don Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org with your arrangements.
PPA also will work to match students with pharmacists experienced in meeting with legislators so that students may gain valuable experience!
Special Meetings* at PPA Office
In addition to meetings scheduled with legislators at the Capitol, PPA will be inviting a variety of individuals including legislators, Department staff and Capitol staff to speak to groups of pharmacists, student pharmacists and others who may be interested on various topics at the PPA office. Please let Don Smith know if you are interested in attending any of these meetings.
