All Pennsylvania Medicaid providers need to re validate by March 24, 2016!

 

Only those pharmacies that initially enrolled in 2012 and after, will have a later re-validation date of 2017.  Pharmacies are urged to re-validate promptly and only for those service locations which are still operable.

 

Going forward, providers will need to re-validate every five years.

 

Please note, while the Department has said that no one will be shut off immediately, it is extremely important to get your application in ASAP.  It is taking a minimum of 30+ days to review applications.

Providers with questions are directed to provider enrollment at 1-800-537-8862 option 1, option 4, and then option 2 for more information.  Please be forewarned lines are very busy with thousands of providers with last minute questions and the Department has put all possible staff on board but the volume is heavy.
