House Bill 2069 would:
- Remove Federal Upper Limits (FULs) from the PACE reimbursement methodology;
Rebalance reimbursement to National Average Drug Acquisition Cost (NADAC) + a $13 professional dispensing fee or Wholesale Acquisition Cost (WAC) +3.2% (when NADAC is not available);
Institute a Medication Synchronization program;
Develop a proposal for retail pharmacy Medication Therapy Management (MTM);
Increase the PACENET income limits to add approximately 32,000 seniors to the program;
- Eliminate the monthly premium that PACENET patients have to pay increases their co-pay by $3 for brand and generics; and
- Exempt Veterans' benefits and savings bonds from what is considered income for the PACE/PACENET program

- House Bill 2069 was unanimously voted out of the House of Representatives and Senate Aging & Youth Committee. This bill now resides in the Senate Appropriations Committee where it awaits their consideration.
