6:00 PM - Registration will start at this time

6:30 PM - Meeting will start & food will be served

7:00 PM - CE will begin

*Complimentary beer and wine. A full cash bar is available also

 

Deadline to register for this event is October 14th

 

There is no cost to PPA/LVPA members but a $50 non-member fee.

Program Objectives:

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

1. Describe the scope and impact of the opioid epidemic
2. Identify how pharmacists can mitigate the risks associated with opioid use
3. Demonstrate proper use of various naloxone dosage forms
4. Address common stigmas associated with opioid use and abuse

 

Requirements to receive CE credit: Participants must be present for the entire program, sign the sign-in sheet, and complete an online evaluation survey within one week. PPA must have you CPE Monitor ID and birthday on file to issue credit.

 

Registration Fee:

There is no charge for PPA members.  Please be sure you are logged in when you register.

There is a $50 fee for non-members.

 

If you are a PPA member not residing in the Lehigh Valley, you are considered a non-member for this event.

 

This event is for Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians only.

 

The Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
