Topic Title:   21 Hack$ for Helping Patient$: A review of tips and resources available to assist patients with difficulty affording their medications

 

Objectives:

At the end of this activity, participants should be able to:

           1.  List the types of information to gather from a patient facing difficulty affording medications.

           2.  Summarize strategies to consider overall in general patient populations.

           3.  List effective strategies for specific patient populations including: Uninsured, Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance

           4.  Identify resources for additional information and support.

Please note CE credit is offered for free for PPA members.  Non-members are welcome to attend but for those who wish CE credit, you will need to contact PPA regarding paying the $20 Non-member fee to obtain the credit.
