Feedback to Feed Forward: Assessing Learner Performance Through Feedback

One of the most important preceptor responsibilities is providing constructive, quality feedback to reinforce a learner's strengths and identify areas of improvement. However, this is oftentimes more easily said than done! This program focuses on incorporating feedback strategies into rotation planning along with a discussion of several different approaches to successfully delivering balanced feedback. Upon completion of this program, participants should be more comfortable and confident in providing fair and objective feedback to learners.
