  Special Presentation: Substance Use Disorder -  Identification and Referral Part II


The Substance Use Disorder Certificate Program is an innovative program designed to assist pharmacists in identifying substance use issues, conducting an assessment, and making referrals.  The program is comprised of online home study modules and in-person live components. The online home study module and the one-day, live, in-person session total 17 credit hours of educational content. Participants will receive a Certificate of Achievement upon successful completion of the program.  Completion includes Part I and Part II as well as the post assessment:


  • Self-study activities (10 hours)
  • Live Interactive seminar (7 hours)
  • Post-seminar assessment

This program may be applied towards the two hours of CE on opioid, pain management and addiction.  Part I is the

prerequisite for Part II and must be completed prior to attending Part II.
