Title: PA Medicaid Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) Reimbursement: at the Table with High-Stakes


This program will provide the participant with a status update of the current state plan amendment focusing on reimbursement of pharmacist provided medication management for patients receiving state Medicaid and pharmacist participation in medical homes. This amendment may be a game changer in Pennsylvania for Medicaid payment of pharmacy services. Increase your odds of cashing out by attending this high stakes session!
