Exhibitor Prospectus


Exhibit Information:

Each 8'x8' booth will be set with 8' high back drape and 3’ high side divider drapes. Booths contain the following equipment provided by show management:
     * (1) Standard head sign
     * (1) 6' Skirted table
     * (2) Chairs
     * (1) Wastebasket
The exhibit hall is carpeted. If you need electricity or a phone line, please complete the Electrical Installation Form provided below. This form is due 15 days prior to the start of the event. If you need anything additional such as audio/visual rentals or furniture rentals, please use the forms provided below. These items are an additional fee.

Exhibition Decorator/Service Coordinator:

Exhibit Hours, Set-Up and Tear-Down:

Stop by the PPA Registration Desk upon arrival at the hotel to pick up your name badge and for help locating your booth. Name badges and meal tickets will be required to gain access to the Exhibit Hall. Meal tickets can be found in your name badge.

Exhibit Hall Tear Down

Exhibitors may begin to set-up displays beginning at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 2. All displays are to be in place and the area cleared of packing boxes and trash by 5:00 PM on Friday, October 2. Exhibits are to be
dismantled AFTER 1:35 PM and be completely removed by 3:30 PM, on Saturday, October 3. We ask that all
exhibitors be in their respective booth areas approximately ten minutes prior to the scheduled opening of the exhibit hall.


Hotel Reservations:

PPA has reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees, available at $99 plus tax per room, per night. This discounted rate is available for the nights of September 30, October 1, October 2, and October 3. Book your room online or call 1-877-834-3613 and mention the PPA group rate. Except for set-up/tear-down, the exhibit hall will be locked during the hours that it is not scheduled to be open for attendees. Your cooperation in clearing the exhibit area at the close of exhibit hours will be appreciated. Access during off hours will be prohibited. For the security of all exhibitors, arrangements to gain access to the exhibition area during closed hours are to be made through PPA staff. Proper identification and credentials will be needed. PPA, the hotel/convention center, and the Exhibit Decorator are not responsible for any loss or damage to display materials or products. Each exhibitor is responsible for making arrangements through their insurance providers to cover any loss or damage. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of the exhibitor's activities on the hotel/convention center premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless PPA, the Exhibit Decorator, and the hotel/conference center, its agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.

Fire Regulations:

All display materials must be flame proof. No flammable fluids or substances may be used or shown in the exhibit area. All crates and boxes must be stored before and after the show by the exhibitor. Aisles, walkways, exits, fire stations, and fire extinguishers must not be obstructed.

Special Functions:

There are special functions in which your sales representatives and/or their guests may particularly wish to participate which involve an additional cost. They are listed below:

Golf Tournament and Lunch – Friday, October 2 - 7:30 AM continental breakfast and 8:15 AM shotgun start. This event has a separate ticket purchase of $150. Please see exhibitor registration form or golf outing registration form. Join us for a fun afternoon before setting up your display!

Leadership & Awards Dinner – Saturday, October 3, 6:30 PM reception and 7:30 PM dinner. Our big closing event! Honoring our 2015-2016 leaders and honoring the best in Pennsylvania pharmacy. PPA will not be organizing a prize drawing this year. Exhibitors are still welcome to bring a prize or giveaway and hold their own drawing.

Golf Outing Tee Sponsorships:

The Golf Outing held on Friday will benefit PharmPAC & the Educational Foundation. Exhibitors may sponsor a tee box.
