What is the 1878 Society? The 1878 Society was created as a special way for students to contribute to PharmPAC. You can learn more about PharmPAC by visiting https://www.papharmacists.com/page/PharmPAC.
1878 stands for the year of PPA's original founding and your commitment in joining the society is an excellent way to make a symbolic contribution, honoring the past, recognizing the present, and saluting yourself as the future of the pharmacy profession!
By making a one-time donation to PharmPAC of $18.78 you will become a member of the 1878 Society and will contribute to PPA's mission of advancing the pharmacy profession and improving patient care.
Please remember that all donations to PharmPAC should be made as “hard money” contributions (i.e. contributions made through either a personal credit card and/or personal check).

Contributions for PharmPAC are voluntary expenditures and are not deductible for federal tax income as a charitable contribution. The Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association Political Action Committee complies with applicable laws and files regular reports with the Bureau of Elections.
