We Did It - We Completed Our Needed Renovations!

Your Help Was Critical in Preserving PPA's Rich History


PPA has proudly owned a stately building in downtown Harrisburg since 1948. It is recognized as a fine example of the art deco buildings that line Third Street and is prominently located almost directly across from our State Capitol Building.  But the years took a toll.  For the last couple years, PPA worked to update and modernize the building.


We set an early goal of raising $140,000 to coincide with our 140th anniversary year.  But this was only a portion of the total costs so while we achieved that goal - we continue to raise money to decrease our loan debt.   The total cost was over $750,000, which has left us now with a loan of approximately $300,000, that we are working to pay off. 


We thank you for the support which allowed us to complete the actual renovations and now ask for any additional help possible.


Because the PPA Educational Foundation, as a 501(c)(3) organization is a charitable tax exempt organization, your contributions may be made and deducted as a charitable contribution on your income tax return.  (Please check with your tax consultant).


We will also accept pledges over a three-year time period to help you maximize your support!

Contributions are to be made payable to PPA Educational Foundation. The Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association Education Foundation has been granted 501 (c) (3) status by the IRS. Contributions may be deductible as charitable expenses for federal income tax purpose. Please consult your accountant or tax attorney.
