Before module:

1. Read David Rock article.

2. Watch Simon Sinek’s video here.


After module:

1.  Ask four people to describe the culture at their workplace.  Characterize it.  What factors do you think could be affecting it in a good or bad way?

2.  Create a brief agenda for a team meeting designed around the principals discussed in the module.

3.  Observe your interactions for the next few days at minimum.  What types of actions by you elicit toward or away responses in others?  What types of actions from others elicit toward or away responses from you? Consider at least 5 interactions and reflect.
