Program Description

Community pharmacy “adventurers”, join us to explore the jungle of opportunities to develop new clinical services that bring value to patients and the healthcare system! Drawing from the literature and real-world experiences of presenter and participants, we will discuss considerations for designing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services at your community pharmacy.  

Program Objectives

"Describe the evolution of value-based healthcare and the role of the community pharmacist in today’s outpatient healthcare environment. ● Conduct a needs assessment and SWOT analysis of their current practice with regards to implementation of a prospective clinical service. ● Discuss the skills and steps needed to implement a successful clinical service as a “high-performing clinical team”.

To receive CE credit for this home study, you will need to watch the entire video, complete an online survey evaluation, and pass a short quiz.
