Controlled substances (CS) diversion can lead to serious patient safety issues and significant liability to the organization. Enhance your knowledge to detect and to deter controlled substances (CS) diversion for the safety of our patients. What process does your health-system have in place? Is your pharmacy staff involved in diversion prevention and detection?

Michele is the Director of Pharmacy Services at Commonwealth Health at Moses Taylor Hospital. In this role, she has detected multiple controlled substances (CS) diversions in a health system setting and has implemented practices to enhance awareness and discourage diversion.

CE Requirements
