
Poster Presentations for Students, Residents and New Practitioners at the PPA 2026 Annual Conference
Before Submitting an Abstract
Students, Residents, and New Practitioners are once again invited to present posters during the Annual Conference. However, in order to be accepted, an abstract must be submitted in ADVANCE. Please read the below two documents before submitting an application. Failure to do so could disqualify your application from consideration.
Submitting an Abstract Application
This abstract application is for posters to be displayed during the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association’s 2026 Annual Conference at the Hilton Harrisburg on Feb 20-22, 2026..
Student posters will be given special consideration however, Residents and New Practitioners in all practice settings are encouraged to submit and will also be selected. The poster application form is open. ABSTRACT DEADLINE IS: DEC 31, 2025.
Please Note:
- Applicant(s) must be current PPA members
- PPA will accept encore and research-in-progress presentations from national conferences.
- PPA does NOT pay or reimburse for any production and/or software costs to create and/or transport posters.
- The poster committee will be awarding “Poster(s) of Distinction” using submitted final poster PDFs.
- A one-hour live conference presentation will be held prior to the Saturday evening Awards Reception.
- Posters will be displayed all day on Saturday, Feb. 21 beginning at 8:00 a.m.
After Submitting an Abstract Application
Submissions will receive an auto confirmation of receipt upon submission. This is simply a confirmation of receipt NOT a notice of Acceptance. Posters accepted will be notified with the final details for the on-site poster presentation and a reminder of the below requirements. *Posters meeting at least the minimum required criteria will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. We expect between 30 posters will be accepted.
Accepted Abstracts
If accepted, the submitter will provide the following documents in advance of the 2025 Annual Conference. If your abstract is accepted, all of the following documentation and information is necessary for your poster to be presented:
The following must be received prior to the conference or your poster cannot be displayed:
- Acknowledgement of Poster Guidelines
- PDF copy of your poster
Please also note:
- ALL presenter(s) must participate in the judging and public presentation
- All presenters MUST be registered as conference attendees
