The Importance of PharmPAC

What is PharmPAC?

PharmPAC, short for the Pharmacy Political Action Committee, is the Pennsylvania affiliated political action committee of the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association.

PharmPAC empowers pharmacists, pharmacy students, pharmacy technicians, and others to shape their political environment through contributions to candidates running for state office. By aggregating voluntary donations and supporting candidates who advocate for the pharmacy profession, PharmPAC advances the interests of pharmacists and the patients they serve.

PharmPAC is non-partisan in its evaluation of candidate support. The program and platform of each individual candidate on pharmacy issues, rather than a party label, determines whom PharmPAC supports. PharmPAC does not buy votes!  PharmPAC does help us have an active voice in the political process.  PharmPAC is an important arm in our overall advocacy efforts.

Please support PharmPAC!

Contributions can be one-time contributions and repeated often!  Or they can be a commitment to a monthly amount.  You choose what works for you.  Any amount is helpful.

Please remember that all donations to PharmPAC should be made as “hard money” contributions (i.e. contributions made through either a personal credit card and/or personal check).
