Candidates for the 2027 Election Slate
PPA is seeking nominations for several prestigious Board of Directors positions. Because Board positions are staggered, only certain positions are available annually.
These Board terms will start January 1, 2027. All nominees must be current Active members of PPA (pharmacist, pharmacist technician or associate) per PPA Constitution and Bylaws to be considered.
The election will take place in August 2026.
Open positions for the for the 2027 Board of Directors are:
Officers:
- President Elect
- Vice President
Practice Area:
- Community Chain
- Community Independent/LTC
Regional* Positions:
- Central Regional Director
- Northeast Regional Director
- Southwest Regional DIrector
At-Large Director (1)

Responsibilities Include:
- Support of PPA’s Vision and Mission
- Active involvement in direction and planning for the association,
- Attendance at five Board meetings per year
- Participation in PPA programs and events
- A desire to be a leader for the profession.

All candidates will be held to same Campaign Guidelines. It is your responsibility to review these prior to submitting a nomination form.
To be considered for the 2027 slate of candidate, complete the nomination form below by June 27, 2026.
If slated, all items provided on the form (except the signature) will be included in the online ballot. The answers you input will be seen and read by voting members. Be thoughtful and provide enough information to state your case as the candidate.
Note: By signing and dating the form below you are attesting to the following statement: I have read the PPA Board of Directors description and understand my commitment for the position in terms of organizational support, meeting attendance and participation. The Board holds a minimum of five meetings per year which includes meetings held during the Leadership Retreat (November 7-8, 2026) and 2027 Annual Conference (February 5-7, 2027) & 2028 Annual Conference.
