Conferences:

CE Presenter: PPA is always looking for qualified, dynamic speakers to present continuing pharmacy education programs at our Conferences. 

CE Moderator: Serve as a moderator during a live CE program.

Student Speaker: PPA plans programming around students at Conferences, present your knowledge!

Ticket Collector: Help PPA collect tickets and greet your peers and fellow members!

Legislative:

Pharmacist Advocacy Team: The PPA Legislative Advocacy Committee is a group pharmacists (and technicians as needed)) representing practice settings across the Commonwealth who help to monitor the regulatory and legislative issues concerning pharmacy and pharmacists, provide input to legislative priorities for PPA including positions on appropriate bills as needed, and work with the CEO an our Government Affairs Team to coordinate grass roots efforts and responses when applicable.

Pharmacy Visit for Elected Officials: Hosting your elected officials for a pharmacy visit is a great way to develop a relationship with them or their staff. PPA Legislative Day: is a Spring event, usually in the 2nd year of a legislative session, for pharmacist, student and technician members to gather at the Capitol to meet with legislators to discuss bills we are supporting at that time. Read about recent Legislative Day events HERE.
