Strategic Plan
Every three to five years, PPA creates a strategic plan establishing the overall direction for the Association. In the in-between years, during the annual leadership retreat, the PPA Board reexamines the plan and updates it as necessary. View the current strategic plan.

Building LEADers
To advance the profession of pharmacy, new LEADers must be trained. To support this, the PPA Educational Foundation works to assist young pharmacists in developing critical leadership skills.

The PPA members serve many diverse patients and providers within their pharmacy communities across the Commonwealth. We strive to ensure that membership and elected leadership respect and be reflective of all those representedwithin these communities. The PPA further recognizes that disparities exist in health care and is committed to enhancing access to fair, equitable, and personalized pharmaceutical services through our resources and advocacy.
